Notifications cannot be dismissed or opened on Huawei devices, how to fix?

Some Huawei devices requires an extra permission to allow apps like NiLS receive touch input when visible on the lock screen, please follow the following steps if you can see NiLS notifications on your lock screen but can't interact with them:

1. Launch Phone Manager app:
   
2. Go to DropZone Management section:
   
3. Enable NiLS app:
